**Carolina random act of kindness: I was approached by the local news station about my opinion on gentrification. How cool! I offered the concept of an internet cafe. It might be fun. The filming aired on the local news & uploaded onto Youtube.  It was funny. The news van popped out of no where, the cameraman jumped out, the reporter asked the questions.

If there is a company out there with a lucrative offer, key word lucrative, I am willing to have a contractual agreement for a partnership. Then I will spill the beans about the remainder of my internet cafe idea.
